Obesity: is defined as an increase in the amount of fat in the body than normal, and the greater the proportion of fat accumulated in the body increased severity of obesity.  Obesity is a leading cause of kidney disease, it increases the risk of diseases that may cause kidney failure if not controlled such as diabetes and stress.

How to get rid of obesity to avoid the risk of chronic kidney disease?

A low calorie, fat and nutrient diet should be followed. It is forbidden to eat a harsh diet because it is not appropriate in the long run, and it is best to have a balanced diet, to maintain it and change the wrong diet. 

Modification of dietary behavior through: 

  • Do not neglect breakfast.
  • Focus on dietary fiber intake.
  • Eat plenty of fresh and cooked vegetables while minimizing the addition of fat.
  • Chew food well and eat slowly.
  • Avoid drinking soft drinks.
  • Follow a walking program at least 20 to 30 minutes a day, a quick and simple solution to get rid of fat and get a higher burning rate of daily calories.
  • Taking adequate sleep at least 7 hours continuous and preferably at night, and recent studies have also proved that the lack of hours of sleep lead to obesity because long-time sleep increases the secretion of the hunger hormone, and therefore the desire to eat more food.
